Delivery and Returns
Shipments are made during business hours, Monday to Friday, with exception of Swiss public holidays. If you place your order during business hours (GMT+1) it will be shipped on the next day. A delivery confirmation and tracking number will be sent by email when the order has left the Andrew and Cole warehouse in Switzerland.
Domestic (FREE): Orders made within Switzerland are shipped with the Swiss postal service and usually take 2-3 working days.
International: Andrew and Cole uses the Swiss Post as their shipping partner for international orders. Once the package has left Switzerland, the local Post of the final address delivers the package. Andrew Cole LLC. does not cover any custom fees or VAT.
Swiss Post & Int. Post time is between 7-9 days for following countries:
- Europe (Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, UK, Sweden, Monaco, Norway, Greece, Austria, Spain)
- North America (USA & Canada)
- Middle East (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Israel, Lebanon)
- Asia (Singapore)
- Oceania (Australia)
- Africa (South Africa)
Payment of duty,taxes, custom fees is/are not included in the shipping service.
Andrew & Cole provides exchange of products only, if size or color is wished to be exchanged by the customer. Andrew and Cole does not provide refunds for returned items, in exception of factory defects. Returns without completion of the Exchange sheet (new size or color must be chosen) will result in Andrew & Cole sending the product back to the buyer without any exchange or refund.
Store credit or exchange only in case of undamaged and unworn products. Original packaging must also be intact. Please note, all shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the store credit amount provided to our customers, if any. To exchange a product, please do not remove the blue plastic band. Removal of the blue plastic band will lead to rejection of exchange by Andrew Cole LLC. Authorized items must be returned for exchange within 7 days of date of arrival. The returns shipping charge from the client back to the warehouse is covered by the client. The returns shipping charge from the warehouse back to the client (with the new/correct product) is covered by Andrew & Cole.
In case of an non-exceptance of a delivery by a customer outside of Switzerland, Andrew & Cole will not refund the whole purchase amount and deduct the delivery and processing cost off the refunding amount. A refund will only be processed by Andrew & Cole after the product has arrived in its original form at the warehouse in Embrach Switzerland. A non-exceptance of the delivery in Switzerland will not be refunded by Andrew & Cole.
Please try the product in a clean environment. Our products are made of a high quality fabrics made in Italy. We cannot accept returns of overworn, washed, damaged products or with stains. All accessories and items marked as “SALE” are final there is no refund on “SALE” items.
Exchanges and refunds for gift cards are not accepted by Andrew Cole LLC.
